Flipside Investments is a real estate investment company that buys properties directly from homeowners for cash. Flipside Investments is not a licensed real estate broker and does not list, market, or represent sellers or buyers in traditional real estate transactions. Any offer we provide is a good-faith estimate based on the information you share and publicly available market data, and is not a guarantee of final purchase price or terms.

No offer guarantee

Submitting a form does not create a binding contract. Any written offer we send is subject to inspection, title review, and confirmation of the information you provided. You are free to accept, reject, or negotiate any offer.

SMS messaging program

When you check the consent box on one of our forms and submit your phone number, you opt in to the Flipside Investments SMS program and expressly consent to receive calls and text messages — including via automated technology — about your property inquiry and related offers.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
